    • Visa application procedures for Japanese Citizens:

    Tourist Visa:
    To apply for a Tourist visa at the Embassy you need to present the following documents :
    1) Passport with a validity of 6 months.
    2) 1 Photo ( 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm ).
    3) Round trip ticket or certification of reservation of your return flight.
    4) Application form ( For all kinds of visas, nationalities. The form is stored in the PDF. )
    5) The visa fee is Yen 5,500 for single, and Yen 7,000 for multiple.

    Operation hours of visa section are 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.
    You can pick up your passport with the visa 2 days after your applicaiton.

    Business Visa:
    (1), (2), (3), (4) plus a recommendation letter issued by the company.
    Visa fee is Yen 7,500 for single, Yen 12,000 for multiple.
